This indulgent whipped chocolate butter is both rich, chocolaty and totally spreadable! It contains no nuts and is the perfect accompaniment to fresh sourdough bread, pancakes, waffles and pretty much anything you like to spread butter on!

Stand Mixer (can also use a food processor, Thermomix or electric hand beaters)
Ingredients
100gSemi Sweet Chocolate(melted and cooled slightly)
250gButter(salted or unsalted, softened at room temperature)
20gCocoa Powder
30gPowdered Sugar(can use more or less if you prefer)
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to your stand mixer bowl (making sure that the butter is soft and the chocolate is melted but cooled).
Whisk on a low speed to start with and gradually increase to around speed 6 and continue whisking until the chocolate butter is light and airy and all of the ingredients are fully incorporated. This takes around 2 minutes.
Scrape the butter out of the stand mixer bowl using a spatula and transfer to a butter dish or jar.
