Mixing Bowl
Stand Mixer or Food Processor (see notes)
Ingredients
250gButter(softened at room temp, I've used salted)
60gDried Cranberries(finely chopped, see notes)
2 teaspoonOrange Zest(zest of 2 oranges)
30gHoney(can use maple syrup if you prefer)
3gSalt(just a pinch)
Instructions
Add softened butter, chopped dried cranberries, orange zest, honey and salt to your stand mixer and whip until light and fluffy and all ingredients combined. I've used speed 4 for around 2 minutes. If you are using a food processor, you don't need to chop the cranberries as the food processor will do this for you.
Notes
Notes on Equipment - You can use electric beaters or a stand mixer for this recipe. It's not suitable to mix by hand. A food processor is also a good option as it will chop the dried cranberries finely while also whipping the butter.
