Mother’s Day Lunch Menu

There are so many delicious sourdough treats you could bake on Mother’s Day, but I thought I would put together a sample Mother’s Day Lunch Menu using some Pantry Mama sourdough recipes to show you how easy it is to pull something together without too much fuss.

Starting with a show stopping appetizer of whipped ricotta drizzled in honey and herbs and served with sourdough crostini. Next, a simple luncheon of sourdough tomato cobbler served alongside fresh sourdough bread. And to finish off, this sourdough blueberry buckle served with vanilla ice cream. Seriously, I’d be absolutely thrilled with that on Mother’s Day! And I’d be more than happy to cook that for the special women in my life too!
